Overview
The DigiTax Dashboard is a web-based multi-user platform where one can log in with personal or corporate Google, Microsoft, or Facebook accounts, or email and phone number.
The data hierarchy summarized as Profiles are folders containing Businesses (tax entities).
You can share your profile or a business or businesses within your profile. We'll be covering this below.
TIP
Profile Sharing (aka Business Member Management) is intended for internal users.
βBusiness Sharing is designed for external users, such as auditors.

Profile Sharing
On the DigiTax Dashboard's Profile page (when you click on a profile), you have the following options:
Add Profile
Manage Members
Click on a Business card
Click on the ellipsis on the Business card (this is where Business sharing is handled)
Click "Manage members" to open the Manage Profile Members modal.
In my example I have several businesses listed
Add Member
Enter email address - the user needs to be signed up on DigiTax first
Select Member role
All member roles can generate reports, search and filter results, and view records
Admin - can create sales, items, credit notes, and API keys
Regular - cannot create sales, items, credit notes, and API keys
Check off the check boxes of the businesses you intent to share
Click Continue

Invited Member
Note: The invited member has the option of accepting/ declining the invite.
For the invited member, two things follow:
An email is sent informing them of the invite
On the Dashboard homepage, a Pending Invite(s) button appears
Manage members
In the next tab, "Manage members", you can view your Profile members and under the ellipsis (...) you can action:
View Member
Edit Member
Remove Member (not unless it's the admin)
Business Sharing
On the DigiTax Dashboard's Profile page (when you click on a profile), you have the following options:
Add Profile
Manage Members
Click on a Business card
Click on the ellipsis on the Business card (this is where Business sharing is handled)
Click ellipsis on the Business card to open the Manage Business Sharing modal.
Business Members
In the modal, you can view Business Members
Manage Sharing
In the modal, you have two tabs:
Add Entity
Manage Sharing
Under "Add Entity":
Enter Email address
Click Continue
This will invite a user as a Regular user - cannot create sales, items, credit notes, and API keys.
Under "Manage Sharing":
You view all invites, where you can delete invitations while they are pending.
In the example below, I have no all invitations.
