With Profile/ Business sharing you can share profiles and business specifying the permissions intended for the invited user

Updated this week

Overview

The DigiTax Dashboard is a web-based multi-user platform where one can log in with personal or corporate Google, Microsoft, or Facebook accounts, or email and phone number.

The data hierarchy summarized as Profiles are folders containing Businesses (tax entities).

You can share your profile or a business or businesses within your profile. We'll be covering this below.

TIP

Profile Sharing (aka Business Member Management) is intended for internal users.
Business Sharing is designed for external users, such as auditors.

Click "Manage members" to open the Manage Profile Members modal.

All member roles can generate reports, search and filter results, and view records

    1. Admin - can create sales, items, credit notes, and API keys

    2. Regular - cannot create sales, items, credit notes, and API keys

  3. Check off the check boxes of the businesses you intent to share

  4. Click Continue

See example below of a filled up form.
