Though unlikely, sometimes you click a link that redirects to a blank page on DigiTax dashboard like the one below.
This page reads "404 | This page could not be found."
Likely causes
Likely causes include:
The link was legitimate but the resource no longer exists
The link is illegitimate because it lacks some characters, has a few more characters or has some characters misplaced
Fix
For likely cause 1, if you got redirected from within DigiTax dashboard simply go back one page (on your browser) and click it once more. If this fails to resolve it, please report it to DigiTax support.
For likely cause 2, simply navigate to the DigiTax Dashboard homepage and attempt to get to the resource you intended to get to.

Though unlikely, sometimes you click a link that redirects to a blank page on DigiTax dashboard reading "Something went wrong!".
This is likely caused by an internal error and the fix is simply to click "Retry".
