Customer Management
DigiTax Dashboard has a time-saver feature โ Customer management, that is accessible via the Customers menu. Here, you can add and edit customers.
Create a customer
From the Business homepage, click Customers menu item, then Add Customer, then enter your customer's details.
The customer type is either Business or Individual.
A successful entry will trigger a toast message on the top right and a row under Customers.
Edit Customer
Click the pencil icon (under Actions) to edit customer details.
Customers details in a sale
When making a sale, entering customer details is optional.
When making a sale, you can optionally create a customer (by clicking on + Add Customer)
or select a customer (that had been created)
and have their details auto-populated.
